Documentation

Documentation is for internal use, too. Codifying how to rebuild systems, re-import test data, or configure settings is an important part of recovery from failures both tiny and enormous. Having a colleague do QA by going through the steps (ideally someone who doesn’t normally go through the process) is a great way to test your documentation.
