User Requirements

Often the best place to start with requirements, before they’re massaged into a formal, pretty document, is to make a list. Affinity diagrams (aka card sorts), white boards, brainstorming sessions, and personas can be used together to form a comprehensive body of understanding about what users might want or need, forming a solid basis for product spec and scope.
